Republicans Overseas Israel’s chief strategist, Tzvika Brot, said there was no political significance to the launch of ground operations in the West Bank. But Marc Zell, the group’s co-chairman and vice president of the parent Republican Overseas, quickly contradicted him to reporters at the opening of the office.
