April 2025. The Oregon Conservative Caucus released its first two Board-approved policy statements in two key advocacy areas. Policy Committee members Jeff Reynolds, Sue Leslie and Tim Knispel researched and word-smithed the policies, "Definition of Conservatism" and "Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections." Reynolds and Leslie are scheduled to present those policies at the OCC's first annual event in The Dalles on May 17.

From February 12-16, 2025, members of the Oregon Conservative Caucus Board of Directors, Marion County members, future Deschutes County members, and Clackamas County members traveled to Portland to register voters at the Pacific Northwest Sportsmans Show. The group successfully registered several new Republicans and recruited new members.

March 2024. The Advisory Board - dubbed the OCC 13 - is appointed by a unanimous vote of the Board of Directors. Each member is an expert in one of 13 key policy areas identified as critical to Oregon.

January 11, 2024. OCC is registered as an Oregon nonprofit organization by founding members Chair Kerry McQuisten, Secretary Jean Sampson and Co-Chair Solomon Yue. The filing is accepted and stamped the next day, January 12.
